1.0 ONLINE STORE DOMAINS

The ROTAS69 online store is available in several languages and countries through the following official domains:

All domains operate within a unified system, and the same Order Terms and Conditions apply regardless of the domain used.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.2. The buyer confirms they are a legally capable person and have provided truthful information. If the buyer is a legal entity, the purchase must be made by an authorized person.

1.3. Orders are accepted only via the online store. Ordering by phone or in person is not available.

1.4. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Distance Agreement terms.

1.5. The Distance Agreement takes effect when the seller confirms the order via email or phone and remains valid until the order is fully fulfilled (product delivered to the buyer). Afterward, consumer rights continue to apply in accordance with applicable laws.

1.6. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms at any time by publishing them on the website. The buyer is obligated to review the Terms before each purchase.

2. PRODUCT PRICES

2.1. All prices are listed in euros, including VAT. The prices at the time of ordering are binding.

2.2. The seller may change prices, product information, availability, and other order-related conditions at any time. If a technical error causes an incorrect or clearly unreasonable price to be shown (e.g., significantly below market value), the seller may cancel the order, notify the buyer, and refund any payment already made. In such cases, the buyer may not claim delivery of the product at the incorrect price.

2.3. ROTAS69 reserves the right to cancel any order at any time at its sole discretion, fully refunding the amount paid by the customer. Such a decision may be made, for example, due to a technical error, product unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ASSORTMENT

3.1. Products are available while visible in the store and in stock.

3.2. If a product is found to be out of stock after ordering (e.g., due to a system error), the seller will inform the buyer within 14 calendar days. A similar product may be offered or a refund issued.

3.3. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes only. Actual colors, shine, or shapes may slightly differ due to lighting, monitor settings, or batch variations, especially for jewelry and coatings.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT

4.1. Orders can only be placed on the ROTAS69 online store via the official domains listed in section 1.0.

4.2. Orders may be placed by both registered and unregistered users.

4.3. Payment is available via online banking or credit/debit card.

4.4. The buyer must provide accurate information and review it before confirming the order.

4.5. The order confirmation is sent to the provided email. Data corrections can be made by contacting customer service.

5. DISCOUNT COUPONS

5.1. A coupon provides a discount (e.g., percentage or fixed amount) unless otherwise specified (e.g., free shipping or gift).

5.2. Coupons are not valid for already discounted items.

5.3. Only one coupon can be used per purchase.

5.4. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.5. Coupons are valid only for online payments.

5.6. Selling coupons is prohibited.

5.7. Damaged or invalid coupons will not be compensated.

5.8. Campaign conditions and expiration are stated on the coupon.

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Delivery is made to the method and address selected by the buyer.

6.2. Delivery costs are calculated based on the selected service.

6.3. The buyer must be reachable via the provided email or phone number.

6.4. Products are delivered per the chosen method. When using a parcel locker, ID is usually not required. For courier or in-person pickup, an ID and order information may be required to ensure correct delivery.

6.5. The buyer should inspect the package upon delivery (if possible). If visible damage is found, the buyer must immediately inform the seller via email at info@rotas69.com or by calling +371 25946564.

6.6. The order is considered fulfilled once the product is handed to the buyer via the selected delivery method.

6.7. If delivery is delayed, the buyer may cancel the order by notifying the seller.

7. PRODUCT USAGE AND QUALITY

7.1. Products must be used according to instructions and intended purpose.

7.2. Visual differences (tone, shine, details) may occur due to monitor settings or lighting and do not affect product quality.

7.3. Complaints are resolved under the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

7.4. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days. More information is available in the Right of Withdrawal section.

8.1.1. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash and are not subject to withdrawal rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

8.2. Legal entities are not considered consumers and do not have withdrawal rights.

8.3. Data is processed for contract fulfillment purposes.

8.4. Cookies are used on the site; by continuing to use the site, you agree to their use.

8.5. The seller is not responsible for website unavailability or technical issues.

8.6. Responsibility for product damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

8.7. The seller is not liable for non-fulfillment due to force majeure.

8.8. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of the Terms.

8.9. If the buyer has not reviewed the Terms or Privacy Policy, this does not release them from obligations.
