Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia regulation No.255 of 20.05.2014 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason. Depending on the situation, you are entitled to a refund, product exchange and/or compensation.

Important: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. They are not subject to the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

Return conditions:

  • The product must not be damaged or used.
  • The product’s appearance must not be significantly altered.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and complete set.

If the product meets these conditions, MANUM SIA will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the return request form. The refund covers only the value of the product. Delivery and return shipping costs are not reimbursed, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

How it works:

  • Fill out the return form: here
  • After submission, you will receive a return code via SMS and email.
  • Go to the nearest Omniva parcel terminal, select “Send a parcel” → “Parcel with pre-filled address card”.
  • Enter the return code and follow the on-screen instructions.
