Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia of 20.05.2014 “Regulations on distance contracts”

  • If you want to return or exchange your purchased item, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchase.

What should be done?

  1. Fill out the product return form on the platform atgriesana.omniva.lv HERE
  2. After filling out the return form, information with the return code and further information will be sent to the phone number and email address you provided.
  3. Go to the nearest Omniva parcel machine, select “Send a parcel” → “Shipment with a pre-prepared address card” on the screen, enter the parcel return code and follow the further instructions on the screen.
