About us
We select hypoallergenic jewellery with real gold, platinum and rhodium plating — at a price that lets you change your jewellery with your mood rather than keep it in a box.
A small Latvian shop from Daugavpils
ROTAS69 belongs to the Latvian company SIA MANUM. Daugavpils — because that is where we ourselves are from.
We are a small company, and that is our advantage, not an excuse. The person who packs your order is the same person who answers your email — so the answer comes from someone who really knows what is happening with your parcel, not from a script.
The name is not made up for the sake of beauty either: in Latvian, rotas means exactly what we sell.
We do not make jewellery. We choose it.
This is an important difference, and we will not hide it behind nice words about craftsmen and a workshop.
Jewellery is made by large factories — with their own lines, their own laboratories and their own documents on materials. Our work begins where theirs ends: choosing, checking and standing behind that choice in front of you.
- We are not tied to a single factory. So from each one we take what it does best, not everything it offers in its catalogue.
- Metal first, then design. A beautiful piece that irritates the skin never reaches our shelf. We do not change this order.
- What we would not wear ourselves, we do not offer. A simple criterion, but it is exactly this one that removes the most items from the list.
Medical steel and real plating
The same words we write on the jewellery care page. If a material is described differently somewhere, the stricter description is the correct one.
- Medical steel and medical gold A special hypoallergenic alloy intended for everyday wear, not for a single evening.
- Nickel-free No nickel is used — the jewellery is also suitable for sensitive skin and people with allergies.
- Real gold, platinum and rhodium plating 14K, 18K and 24K gold, platinum or rhodium — a durable plating that, with proper care, keeps its colour and shine for a long time.

The honest answer about price
If the price seems too low to be true — here is the catch. There is no catch: this is plated jewellery, not solid gold.
A solid gold ring costs hundreds of euros because it contains gold by weight. In our jewellery the gold is on the surface — real, but thin. That is why the price is what it is, and why the jewellery needs gentle handling.
And why that is a good thing
Jewellery at this price does not lie in a box “for special occasions”. It gets worn. One piece today, another tomorrow — that is exactly why we do what we do.

How we collect them
After an order you receive an email asking you to leave a review. For a review we give a 10% discount on your next order, and for a review with a photo or video — 15%. The discount does not depend on the rating: we pay for the effort, not for praise.
What happens after the “Buy” button
We prepare your order quickly, send the tracking details and stay with you until the parcel is in your hands. If something goes wrong, we start the search, not you.
- Order by 13:00 (Latvian time) on a working day — we dispatch it the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day. DPD courier delivery across Europe typically takes 3–7 working days. You choose the delivery method at checkout.
- Free delivery from €100, depending on your country. The threshold varies by country, from €100 to €450 — see the full list on our Delivery and payment page.
- Tracking arrives by email. As soon as the parcel is handed to the delivery service, we send a confirmation and the tracking details, if the chosen delivery method provides them.
If a piece does not fit or you simply do not like it — on the order status and withdrawal page you can track your order and arrange a return yourself, without writing to us.
