Here's a quick overview of how we deliver, what it costs and how you can pay. The full terms are in our shipping policy.
When we dispatch
Every order is sent from our warehouse in Daugavpils, Latvia. Orders placed by 13:00 (Latvian time) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery costs and times
We deliver by DPD courier to your door, typically within 3–7 working days of dispatch. The delivery price and the order value from which delivery is free depend on your country:

Other delivery options, where available for your address, are shown at checkout together with their prices. The final delivery cost is always shown before you pay. During sales and holiday periods, delivery may take 1–3 working days longer.

Payment
- Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
- Online bank payments via Montonio: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Coop Pank, Revolut.
- Klarna, iDEAL (Wero), Bancontact, MobilePay.
All prices are in euros (EUR); if your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount. Payment is made online when you place your order. The connection is encrypted, and we do not see or store your card details. We do not accept cash or payment on delivery.
After you order
- You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- You can check your order status, change your delivery address before dispatch, cancel your order or return items on the Order status and returns page – no account needed.
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal – see our refund policy for how to exercise it. Returns are sent to our warehouse in Daugavpils, Latvia, and return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
