How does the gift card arrive?

The card is electronic — we do not send it by post, so there is no packaging, no delivery charge and no waiting.

If you buy the card for yourself, it arrives in your email immediately after payment. If you choose «Recipient's email» when ordering, you can enter the recipient's name, add a personal message and choose a date — on that very day the card will be sent to their email.

The email contains the card code and its value. If the email does not appear, check your spam folder or write to us at info@rotas69.lv.

How it works

  1. Choose the amountEnter the value of the gift and, if you wish, add a personal message.
  2. Sent instantly by emailIf you buy the card for yourself, it arrives in your email right after payment. If you enter another recipient, we send it to them on the date you choose.
  3. The recipient choosesThey enter the code at checkout and choose any ROTAS69 piece.

The card is valid for 1 year from purchase. If the purchase is less than the card's value, the balance stays on the card for future purchases.

Returns and the right of withdrawal

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for money, so before buying, make sure of the chosen amount and the recipient's email.

Jewellery bought with a gift card can be returned under the general terms: within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete; earrings cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.
