To receive the parcel, press the “Receive parcel” button on the Omniva terminal screen and enter the door code received in a text message or email. When the locker door opens, remove the parcel, close the locker door and confirm receipt of the parcel by pressing the “Confirm” button on the screen.

Delivery of goods to your chosen address is carried out on working days from 08:00 to 18:00 or from 18:00 to 22:00 (local time). The day before delivery, you will receive an SMS about the planned delivery day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an SMS with an exact 1-hour delivery time interval. The courier usually calls shortly before arrival.
