What 18K plating looks like

Nickel-free medical gold

How do I find my ring size?
Measure around your finger with a piece of thread, or compare the diameter of a ring you already wear with the chart in our ring size guide. The most common sizes are 16.5 to 20, and that is where the choice is widest.
Are 18K gold-plated rings made of medical gold?
Yes: the gold tone comes from plating over a hypoallergenic base, known as medical gold.
