Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A butterfly set with clear cubic zirconia sits at the centre of this Y-necklace, with a slim bar falling below it to lengthen the neckline. The curb chain measures 45–50 cm, so the butterfly rests just below the collarbones or a little lower on the chest, and the bar drops towards the neckline of a V-neck top.
