Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A snake coils around a heart, and white cubic zirconia glitter against its textured surface, so the pendant feels both romantic and a little daring. The snake is an old symbol traditionally associated with strength and renewal, while the heart softens it into something easy to wear every day. The pendant is 28 mm long and hangs neatly on a fine chain; on a 45 cm chain it rests just below the collarbones. It has 18K gold plating in a warm, slightly rosy tone on a hypoallergenic base that does not tarnish or darken from water and lasts well with normal wear.
