Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

From the front it reads as a double chain; from the side, as a single round, chunky rope – two rows of rounded links woven tightly together. At 8 mm wide and 75 cm long, it is the first thing people notice, even under an open collar. The surface is polished to a mirror shine, so each link throws its own reflection as you move. A flat rectangular clasp lies neatly at the back of the neck and does not stand out. 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic base does not tarnish or darken from water. Unisex, made to be the centre of the look rather than an extra.
