Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The Figaro rhythm sets this chain apart: three short, flattened links followed by one elongated link, repeated along its whole length. At 5 mm wide it holds its own worn alone, yet takes a pendant just as well. This gold-plated Figaro chain has 18K gold plating that keeps its colour, won't darken in water, is hypoallergenic and lasts well with everyday wear. It fastens with a secure lobster clasp. Choose your length: 50 cm sits just below the collarbones, 55 cm between the collarbones and chest, 60 cm on the chest. A unisex classic for men and women alike.
