Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Flat as a narrow ribbon, this chain is made of two rows of links woven side by side into one unbroken pattern, with a strip of polished facets catching the light down the middle. At 4.8 mm wide it is dense enough to wear as your only piece, over an open-collared shirt, a cotton T-shirt or a jumper, and the contrast is strongest against dark fabric. Choose 50 cm to sit on the chest or 60 cm to fall noticeably lower. It suits men and women alike and closes with a lobster clasp. The 18K gold plating is hypoallergenic and does not tarnish.
