Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The round weave is so dense that from a distance this chain looks like one unbroken line of light, with no individual links to see. It lies close to the skin, and at 1.2 mm it stays quieter than a chunky chain, so it never competes with earrings or rings. Choose from five lengths: 40 cm sits at the collarbones, 45 cm just below, 50 cm at the bottom of a V-neck, and 55 or 60 cm below the bust line. The round pendant in the photo is not included. The 18K gold plating is hypoallergenic, nickel-free and does not tarnish or darken from water.
