Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A faceted violet heart is held by a single round gold-tone bar that curves over the top edge and runs down the front to just below the centre. With no frame around the sides, you see the stone rather than the metal, and the facets throw violet flashes as you turn your head. The heart points downwards and sits close to the earlobe, so the shape reads clearly in profile. With your hair up, the pair becomes the only touch of colour at face level. Each stud measures 10 mm and closes with a push-back; the 18K gold plating does not tarnish, and the base is hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
