Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

White howlite with marble-like veining sits alongside dark beads in black and brown, separated by small metal spacers set with sparkling cubic zirconia. The mix brings together Chinese white nephrite, white howlite and nephrite dyed in black and brown tones for a crisp light-and-dark contrast. The bracelet is 12 mm wide and strung on a stretch cord that slips over the hand and sits snugly without a clasp; choose 17, 18 or 20 cm. Howlite is traditionally associated with calm and clarity, nephrite with protection and harmony. It suits men and women and pairs well with a knit, a white shirt or a watch.
