Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The letter is thick and brightly polished, and its cubic zirconia are set into the body of the initial rather than placed on top, so the outline stays crisp. The 18K gold plating has a warm, slightly rosy shade, does not tarnish and sits on a hypoallergenic base. On a fine 45 cm chain the pendant would hang just below the collarbones without filling the neckline. The chain is not included, so you can thread the letter onto your own or combine two or three initials for a family set. Total length with the bail is 20 mm.
