Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Two openwork leaves lie end to end across the top of the wrist, slightly overlapping, each with a line of white cubic zirconia running along its central vein. The metal between the veins is cut away, so skin shows through and the piece looks light rather than heavy. This rose gold plated bangle is rigid and 16.5 cm long, so it holds its shape instead of draping like a chain. The plating gives a soft pinkish warmth, is hypoallergenic, will not tarnish or darken in water and keeps its colour with everyday wear. It suits a crisp white shirt at work as easily as a summer dress.
