Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Rows of interlocking links build a dense, sculpted Bismarck weave that looks solid and catches the light on every turn. At 7.6 mm wide and 60 cm long this is a statement chain for men and women alike: it sits low on the chest and looks just as strong over a T-shirt as with an open-necked shirt. The 18K gold plating has a warm, slightly reddish tone and covers a hypoallergenic, nickel-free base that does not tarnish or darken from water. It fastens with a lobster clasp.
