Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A swan in deep red curves its neck at the front of this necklace, with white cubic zirconia adding flashes of light to the silhouette. The warm red stands out strongly against the gold tone, so the pendant brightens a plain black top or a white shirt at once. It hangs on a fine anchor chain that adjusts from 41 to 45 cm, sitting right at the collarbones or just below them. The swan is traditionally a symbol of grace and loyalty, which makes the necklace a lovely gift. It has 14K gold plating on a hypoallergenic, nickel-free base.
