Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and price depend on the country and the delivery method you choose. DPD courier delivery to European countries typically takes 3–7 working days. Choose your delivery method at checkout — the final price is always shown before you pay.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Each earring is shaped like an open oval chain link, crossed by a slim bar set with sparkling white cubic zirconia that catches the light as you move. The mirror-bright surface keeps the look clean and modern. The earrings are 27 mm long, fasten with push-back posts and are light enough to wear all day. They have a hypoallergenic medical gold base and platinum plating that does not tarnish or darken from water, so they suit sensitive ears. Wear them with everyday outfits or dress them up for an evening; they also make a stylish gift.
