Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A large faceted Swarovski crystal teardrop in rich violet hangs below a slim band set with sparkling white cubic zirconia, and together they make a pendant that is noticed across a room. The pendant hangs from an anchor chain adjustable from 40 to 45 cm, so it sits right at the collarbones or just below, nicely framed by an open or V-neck. It is made for evening dresses and festive outfits, but it also lifts a plain grey or white top. The platinum plating over a medical gold base gives a cool silver tone, is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, and does not tarnish or darken from water.
