Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A neat frame of small white cubic zirconia is what you see first, running all the way round a rectangular centre stone and giving the pendant a clear, crisp outline. The lines are classic and restrained, so it works as well with a work blouse as with an evening dress. At 13.5 mm long and 10 mm wide it is small enough for daily wear on a fine chain and pairs easily with simple stud earrings. The 18K gold plating on a hypoallergenic base keeps its shine and does not tarnish or darken from water.
