Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Deep red faceted crystals flash as they catch the light, and small gold-tone beads between them add a warm glow. At the centre hangs a little gold-tone heart, a romantic detail that makes this necklace an easy gift for Valentine's Day, an anniversary or a birthday. The length adjusts from 49 to 54 cm, so it rests on the chest, around the bottom of a V-neck, and looks especially striking against black or white.
