Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Flat as a ribbon, this chain draws one continuous line across the neck: two rows of links are twisted together, leaving small open gaps between them while the edges stay straight. Light slides along the polished facets. At 5 mm wide it is bold enough to wear without a pendant, and it gives a clearer outline than a fine everyday chain.
