Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Fine strands of metal twist around each other in a tight spiral, and every turn catches the light, so this rope chain looks rich and full even at a modest 2.8 mm. The rounded, dense weave is sturdy enough to carry a pendant and interesting enough to wear on its own. At 50 cm it rests on the chest at the bottom of a V-neck; at 60 cm it drops below the bust line, which suits long pendants and layering. It closes with a lobster clasp. The 18K gold plating gives a warm glow, is hypoallergenic and nickel-free, and does not tarnish or darken from water. Unisex.
