Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The snake weave gives this chain a smooth, rounded surface with no visible links, so it reads as one clean silver-white line around the neck. At 1.6 mm it is slim yet substantial enough to look good on its own, and it moves fluidly with every turn of the head. The 55 cm length falls low on the chest, below the bust line, which makes it a good base for a pendant or for layering over a shirt or knit.
