Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and price depend on the country and the delivery method you choose. DPD courier delivery to European countries typically takes 3–7 working days. Choose your delivery method at checkout — the final price is always shown before you pay.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Tightly joined plates give this snake chain a smooth, almost liquid surface that reflects light along its whole length. At 2 mm wide it is fine enough to wear alone as a sleek, minimal line, yet sturdy enough to carry a pendant. The 45 cm length sits just below the collarbones and frames an open collar or a round neckline neatly. A secure lobster clasp keeps it closed. The chain is made of medical steel with 14K gold plating in a light, lemon-gold tone; it is hypoallergenic, nickel-free and does not tarnish or darken from water.
