Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A deep blue teardrop cubic zirconia sits at the heart of the pendant, surrounded by a close ring of small white cubic zirconia that frames it in light. The contrast between the saturated blue and the bright sparkle gives the piece a classic, slightly formal character that suits evening wear, a wedding or a dinner out. At 24 mm tall, it is large enough to be seen but still refined, and looks best on a fine chain with a round or V-neckline.
