Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

This set pairs a tree of life pendant necklace with flower stud earrings. The tree has a smooth gold-tone trunk and branches, with leaves of elongated, pointed white cubic zirconia. The pendant hangs on a fine curb chain just below the collarbones.

Each earring is a small flower of tiny white cubic zirconia; a straight post goes through the piercing and is held at the back by a stopper. Every piece is gold-plated over a medical gold base.
