Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The Venetian chain is built from tiny square links set tightly into one another, so this 1.2 mm chain catches the light on every edge. It is a gold-plated take on the classic 18K gold chain for women: a thin layer of 18K gold plating covers the base metal, doesn't tarnish or darken in water, is hypoallergenic and keeps its shine through everyday wear. It fastens with a spring ring clasp, with a small tag at the other end. Choose 45 cm to sit on the collarbones or 50 cm to fall just below them. Understated, it looks good on its own or with a pendant.
