Courier delivery takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A Venetian chain, also called a box chain, is made of tiny square links set close together, so this fine chain catches the light along its whole length. It is an 18K gold-plated chain for women in a soft, pale yellow tone, a classic piece of jewellery to wear on its own or with a favourite pendant. At 60 cm it sits on the chest. The small spring ring clasp opens easily, with a flat tag beside it. The plating doesn't tarnish, won't darken in water and is hypoallergenic, so with everyday wear the chain keeps its shine for a long time.
