Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A deep, saturated purple is the first thing you notice: an oval-cut violet cubic zirconia whose facets keep catching the light as you move. Around it runs a fine beaded border that looks almost like lace, softening the shape and framing the colour. The pendant is 20 mm long and 10 mm wide, a good size for a fine chain at the collarbones or just below, and it stands out beautifully against black or navy. It is a choice for anyone who wants colour rather than the usual clear stones. The 18K gold plating does not tarnish or darken from water and covers a hypoallergenic base.
