Courier delivery takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

This gold-plated chain necklace is made of surgical steel: the chain and flower frames carry 14K gold plating in a pale lemon-yellow shade, while the flowers are filled with white enamel.
