Delivery information

Free delivery on orders over €150.

Courier delivery takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and price depend on the country and the delivery method you choose. Choose your delivery method at checkout — the final price is always shown before you pay.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you'll receive a confirmation and tracking information by email.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Small black hoops that sit close around the lobe, each with a smooth, straight bar fixed to the front and running down below the ring. Worn, they read as a clean vertical line beneath the hoop. The glossy black comes from enamel over medical steel, and small oval cut-outs show along the inside of the hoop.

The hinged closure has a segment that swings open on a hinge and clicks back into the hoop itself.
