Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Three tight rows of blue Swarovski crystals cover this half hoop from top to bottom, each Austrian crystal held in its own round setting so it catches the light from every angle. Standing 15 mm tall, the curve sweeps forward from the lobe, so the crystals show from the side as well as the front. At a glance they read as gold hoop earrings with blue stones; in fact they are 14K gold-plated hoop earrings in a pale lemon-yellow colour, and the plating won't tarnish or darken with water, is hypoallergenic and lasts well with normal wear. A push-back post holds them securely. Made for evening dresses, the theatre and celebrations.
