Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

These brown cubic zirconia earrings center on a smooth, polished oval stone in a coffee-colored shade. Two gold-tone bands edged with tiny beads wrap around it on the diagonal, crossing at the front and leaving the stone showing between them.

They close with a latch back: the hinged post at the top passes through the piercing and snaps into the earring itself, so each one sits close against the earlobe. The material is gold-plated medical gold.
