Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The figure of Christ and the ornaments stand out in relief, so light moves unevenly across the surface and every outline stays clear. The side and top arms end in rounded arches with cut-outs, the lower one in a wider teardrop-shaped tip, and the cross carries an INRI plaque. The 34 mm cross hangs from a flat, elongated bail joined by a separate round jump ring. Wear it under a shirt collar or over a plain knit jumper. It is a classic choice for a christening or confirmation. The cross has 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic base.
