Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Rounded links open up into a lace-like, three-dimensional pattern, so this chain looks full and airy at the same time. It is a variation of the Bismarck weave that gives plenty of visual volume for a slim 5.5 mm width, and it looks equally good on women and men. Choose from three lengths: 50 cm sits on the chest at the bottom of a V-neck, while 55 and 60 cm fall below the bust line, ideal over a jumper. Wear it on its own as a statement piece. The 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic, nickel-free base does not tarnish or darken from water.
