Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The links of a Bismarck chain are interlaced so tightly that it looks almost solid, and at 4 mm wide this one has real presence. The weave is known for its strength, so the chain works on its own or with a pendant. Choose your length: 45 cm sits just below the collarbones, 50 cm on the chest at the bottom of a V-neck, and 55 cm below the bust line. It fastens with a lobster clasp and suits women and men. Platinum plating over a hypoallergenic base gives a cool silver shine that does not tarnish or darken from water.
