Free delivery on orders over €150.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and price depend on the country and the delivery method you choose. DPD courier delivery to European countries typically takes 3–7 working days. Choose your delivery method at checkout — the final price is always shown before you pay.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The heart is built in several tiers set with small cubic zirconia, so the pendant has depth and sparkles from every angle. Even the bail at the top is set with stones, which makes the whole piece look finished on the chain. It is 25 mm long: visible without being large, a good size for a romantic gift or for your own everyday wear. The silver-tone platinum plating is hypoallergenic, does not tarnish and does not darken from water. Pair it with white, grey or black, or with other silver-tone jewellery.
