Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Two parallel rows of links repeat along the length of this Bismarck chain, and each link stays distinct, with tiny gaps between them, so it catches the light in small flashes rather than as one flat shine. At 2.2 mm wide it does not look bare when worn on its own, and with a pendant it holds its own rather than disappearing beneath it. Choose 45 cm to sit just below the collarbones, 50 cm to rest on the chest or 55 cm to fall below the bust line. The 18K gold plating is hypoallergenic and does not tarnish, and the chain is worn by women and men alike.
