Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Smooth and supple, this snake chain is only 1 mm thick, so it reads as a fine, liquid line of colour rather than a row of links. At 60 cm it falls below the bust line, a comfortable length for wearing over a shirt or jumper, and it makes a natural base for a small round pendant such as a zodiac medallion. A lobster clasp keeps it closed. The 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic, nickel-free base does not tarnish and does not darken from water, and the chain keeps its warm shine with normal everyday wear.
