Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

One long link followed by three short ones, repeated along the whole length, is the rhythm that makes a Figaro chain instantly recognisable. At 2 mm wide it is fine enough for daily wear and works well with a pendant, and a lobster clasp keeps it closed. The 45 cm length sits just below the collarbones; 60 cm falls below the bust line and layers well with a shorter chain. It is a classic that suits women and men alike.
