Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Small snowflakes are spaced along a long, fine chain, with a slim bar dangling at the front, so the necklace moves and shimmers as you walk. There are no stones: the look relies on the soft pink warmth of the rose gold plating and the shapes themselves. At 80 cm it falls well below the bust line, which suits high necklines, roll-neck jumpers and winter dresses.
