Free delivery on orders over €150.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and price depend on the country and the delivery method you choose. DPD courier delivery to European countries typically takes 3–7 working days. Choose your delivery method at checkout — the final price is always shown before you pay.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The mother's profile, with long hair swept back and down, and the child's head resting against her cheek together form the outline of a heart that is open in the middle. A smooth curl closes the shape at the bottom, so the two figures read as one. Her hair is polished to a bright shine, while the child's curls are finely textured. There are no stones: the motif does the talking. A flat bail with a separate jump ring lets it move freely on a chain. It is 30 mm long, finished in hypoallergenic 18K gold plating that does not tarnish or darken from water.
