Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Violet and pink, then green, gold and blue: the colours move across the facets of this teardrop crystal as the light and angle change, so the pendant never looks quite the same twice. It is a Swarovski crystal, offered in two pendant lengths, 35 mm or 40 mm, on a light, fine anchor chain that adjusts from 40 to 45 cm and sits right at or just below the collarbones. It adds colour to a plain dress, a white shirt or an evening outfit. The necklace has 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic base.
