Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

A glossy white enamel teardrop sits at one end of this open ring, facing a round cubic zirconia in a smooth bezel at the other. A short row of tiny stones runs along the band beside each end, so the ring sparkles from the side too. The 18K gold plating has a slightly reddish warmth; it does not tarnish, does not darken from water and is hypoallergenic, so the ring holds up well in everyday wear. It stacks easily with plain bands and other gold-plated jewellery rings if you like wearing several on one hand. Ring size 18.1.
