Free delivery on orders over €150.

Orders placed on a working day by 13:00 (Latvian time) are dispatched the same day; orders placed later or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time and price depend on the country and the delivery method you choose. DPD courier delivery to European countries typically takes 3–7 working days. Choose your delivery method at checkout — the final price is always shown before you pay.

Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

The front of this heart shows the word “Mom” in raised script among flowers, leaves and a winding branch, all framed by a fine twisted border. The lid opens on a side hinge to reveal an empty frame for one small photo. Closed, it shows the pattern to everyone; what is inside only the wearer knows, which is what makes it such a personal gift for mum. The pendant is 30 mm long, with a small loop at the top for a chain. The polished, silver-tone platinum plating is hypoallergenic and does not tarnish or darken from water.
