Returns information

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

The item must be unworn, undamaged and without signs of use, in its original packaging and complete. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned.

Request a return on the Order status and withdrawal page. We refund the money within 1–2 working days of receiving the item back — to the same payment method or as store credit. Delivery and return shipping costs are not refunded, except for defective items.

Scrolls are cut right through the edges of this Orthodox cross, so skin or fabric shows through and the piece looks light rather than heavy. The figure of Christ is raised in relief above the surface and stays clearly visible up close. A wide bail on a separate jump ring lets the cross turn freely and slip onto a thick link chain as well as a fine cord. At 35 × 17 mm and without stones, it is quieter than stone-set crosses and is often chosen for a christening, a name day or everyday wear under clothing. The 18K gold plating over a hypoallergenic base does not tarnish.
